You are going to start by searching for an image in google, or any other search engine. You want to be sure you click on search tools, and select the size-large option, so that the image will be clear in photoshop. When searching, the best picture will be of either a full body, or at least the whole shirt is in view, and you want the shirt to be mainly one color.
